Welcome!

The Zone GOL Challenge is an initiative by SDMI and NMI to unite churches on Canada Central District as well as reach out to the lost through taking part in the Nazarene worldwide evangelism strategy GOL.

Canada Central NMI and SDMI would like to challenge each of our zones to host a soccer outreach event in the summer of 2010. Our hope is to see churches within their zones team up to share resources, build relationships, and provide the best outreach event possible J

GOL is a worldwide evangelism strategy for the Church of the Nazarene associated with the World Cup soccer event being hosted in South Africa in June and July 2010. The project name is “GOL” which is a widely understood sports term meaning to score. Soccer events will be held globally featuring the GOL evangelism soccer ball.

Nazarene churches and districts are invited to host soccer events in 2010. This event provides the church a great opportunity to tell the story of Christ to children, youth, and adults in a creative outreach setting.

WHAT'S GOIN' ON?

The summer is over! And that concludes a summer filled with some amazing outreach... but it doesn't end there! Relationships have been built and seeds have been planted so continue to keep these churches and all of the participants in your prayers and thoughts. 

Thank you to everybody who participated and/or supported this mission. May God continue to be glorified because of it!
